Is there a free trial period?
No, but if you are not satisfied with our services you can cancel at anytime. We pride ourselves on meeting your needs.
What accounting software do you use?
We can provide QuickBooks or operate within your system. We have expertise with Oracle, Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics Nav, SQL, Sales Force, Expensify, Sage Intacct and others
What is your cancellation policy?
GTB will make a significant investment in you and your company in order to properly serve you. We expect the relationship to grow. If it doesn’t workout, you can cancel at anytime.
How does billing work?
Monthly billing is preferred. Most work is done on a firm price bases with monthly billing agreed to in advance.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can increase or decrease your services at any time. We expect you business needs to change over time and are prepared to change with you.
Can you take calls directly from my customers to resolve product and/or services issues?
Yes, we provide that service for an added fee.
